Refund policy

UK returns and cancellations

You may cancel an online order by telling us within 14 days after you receive it, without giving a reason. You then have 14 days to send it back. Email support@perfumeoff.co.uk with your order number and cancellation request.

Return items securely, with their original packaging where possible, to: Perfumes Off UK, 33 Ashwood Road, Nuneaton, CV10 9AZ, United Kingdom. Keep proof of postage. You pay the direct cost of returning an item when changing your mind. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Refunds

We refund the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier. Refunds include the original standard delivery charge, if paid. We may make a lawful deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. You normally have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods; further repair, replacement and refund rights may apply afterwards. Sale purchases have the same statutory protection. This policy does not limit your consumer rights.
