Free delivery throughout the UK

Perfumes Off UK delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. UK delivery is usually within 3 working days after dispatch, using Evri or Royal Mail. These are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date. Any specific delivery estimate shown at checkout takes precedence.

We email tracking details after dispatch. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. Please check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correcting.

Delivery help

If an order is delayed, missing or damaged, contact support@perfumeoff.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
